POSTAGE & HANDLING POLICY

Spiritual Creations offers Australia-wide shopping & postage ONLY.

Postage & Handling is applied to all orders requiring a physical item to be shipped.

Orders are discreetly and securely packaged with the sender’s details abbreviated to XXX’ to ensure privacy for the purchaser.

All orders are posted via SENDLE.

Orders incur a flat postage & handling fee of $12 for standard postage (allow up to 5 business days for delivery) across Australia, including PO Boxes.

Orders incur a flat postage & handling fee of $17 for express postage (allow up to 3 business days for delivery) across Australia, including PO Boxes.

For orders delivered to Perth, Darwin, Queensland, Tasmania and remote areas the delivery time maybe 1 to 2 days longer than delivery to other parts of Australia.

Spiritual Creations aims to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. However, the delivery times stated above are estimates only, as delivery is provided by a third party and is outside of our control.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as Spiritual Creations will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

All orders are packaged and posted from Adelaide, South Australia.

Spiritual Creations endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian national public holidays and South Australian public holidays.

A Sendle tracking number is provided upon dispatch for all orders. Visit Sendle and enter your tracking number for the delivery stage of your parcel.

Missing Parcel

Spiritual Creations has no control over and makes no warranty concerning the performance of Sendle.

Should your parcel not be delivered to the address you entered for shipping, and it is not at your local post office for collection, please contact Sendle using your tracking number provided upon dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will always seek to ensure your satisfaction when shopping with Spiritual Creations However, Spiritual Creations does not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of its products, so we ask you to choose carefully before you buy.

All products are designed to be used as per the individual manufacturer’s instructions. Spiritual Creations accepts no responsibility when products are misused once purchased from this site.
